Begin in a standing position, Drop into a squat position with your hands on the ground, Lower your body so that it is flat on the ground, and then leap back into an upright position.
Air Squats 5 sets of 30 seconds
From a standing position, lower your body using knee and hip flexion until the crease in your hips rests lower than your knees. Return to the starting position by standing.
Butterfly Situps 50 reps
Butterfly situps are an efficient way of getting up off the ground from a lying position. You can use your arms for further momentum to be able to get up off the ground in the lying position into a seated position.
