Jim Johnson

FITNESS INSTRUCTOR

Jim is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). Jim specializes in functional programming, bodybuilding, weight loss, metabolic conditioning, and movement screening assessments.

Keith Summers

FITNESS INSTRUCTOR

Keith is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). He specializes in training for strength, weight loss, and functional fitness. He really enjoys working with individuals that are new to the gym and want a fresh start in fitness.

Sid Sidder

FITNESS INSTRUCTOR

Sid is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Fitness Professionals and Associates (AFPA). Sid was a three-sport varsity athlete in high school and currently trains as a competitive body builder. He specializes in body building and fat loss.
